After the year businesses had in 2009, it was an assumption of many that those who survived had a bit of hope in sight. Yet, as days go on, the political branch of Washington State are doing nothing more than creating another survival of the business year.
It almost sickens me to listen to the radio or watch the news anymore. Listening to the new tax increases here, illusionary budget cuts there and broken promises made on the campaign trail come to light.
Rather than spend countless words spewing derogatory comments and our legislative branch, I will in turn wish all of the companies out there who made it through 2009, best of luck. Good times will come in time but for many not soon enough. A year of change is among us, while voted, not wanted.
